Trained Personal Item

Instructions for having your item trained with the

Genesis Energy:

1.    You may order this item on our website.

2.   Send us a small item or piece of jewelry that will fit in a small, USPS flat rate box, or something of similar size.

3.   After ordering, please email or call to let us know you are sending an item and be sure to tell us what is in the box, as we will not be opening the boxes.

4.   Be sure your name and address are on the outside of the box.

5.   After your item has been trained, we will ship it back in the same box.

6.   The cost is $100 per box, plus $12.95 for the return shipment.  You may send up to 5 boxes at a time, each will be $100 plus $12.95 shipping.

Please note that you are responsible for packing your items well, as we cannot be held liable for any damages.
