The Signal Star Cell and the Signal Water Cell are used like a Pendulum. Master Lantos taught us a specific way to determine how to use them. They both work the same way, you do not need to have one of each, but may if you like. This Tool requires a command which is sent with the Tool.

The Genesis Tools are all hand-made. This can result in small imperfections. and can also result in some variation in the colors of the Wheels, Trinity’s, Wheel of Hope, and the Multi-Colored Pyramid. None of these imperfections and/or color variations affect the Genesis Energy in the Tools. Because the Tools are all hand-made, this can also cause delays in the manufacture of the Tools before they are trained with the Genesis Energy.
